Director of Credit and Loan Administration

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the President, the Director of Retail Operations is primarily responsible for overseeing the Bank’s indirect retail portfolio (excluding sales activity). This entails end-to-end leadership of a team of management and staff for the Credit Adjudication, Loan Administration, Customer Service, and Collections departments. This role is actively engaged in strategy and policy development, portfolio optimization and process efficiency related to the acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention of customers to drive net-positive growth of the portfolio in alignment with the Bank’s overall risk appetite. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Retail Operations will contribute to the overall success of the Bank by participating and contributing in key decision-making processes such as strategy, new products and services, internal controls, as well as exemplifying the Bank’s core values daily

What you Bring to the Table:

 

The Director of Retail Operations will have 10+ years of progressive and diverse experience in administration or operations management. You also will have extensive knowledge in the credit and collections and previous experience in a strategic level role is required. The following are required qualifications for the role:

  • Post-Secondary education in the field of Administration or Operations Management is required.
  • Financial industry production experience is an asset but not required.
