Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Our client is a global network of experts working with clients, communities and colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions to the world’s most complex challenges. Located minutes away from a skytrain stop in Burbaby, we are looking for a Front Desk / Administrator to join them as soon as possible for minimum 1 month coverage, with chance of extension.


If you have prior experience as doing Data Entry/ Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, have an energetic and positive attitude, and are available immediately, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!


As an Admin Assistant you will be:

  • Answering the phones using a multi-line VOIP system
  • Data entry work including preparing invoicing
  • Scheduling and logging couriers
  • Greeting visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Sorting mail
  • Coordinating team lunches with the catering provider
  • Dealing with vendors for office supplies
  • Document Formatting

The position offers great hours! Monday-Friday, regular office hours of 8am-5pm, with a 1 hour break, running until at least the end of October.
