Systems Trainer

TPD’s Business Process Outsourcing team is in search of a strategic, driven, and experienced Systems Trainer to join their team in Vancouver, BC on a contractual basis. The contractor may work remotely, or, out of TPD’s downtown Vancouver office.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of current and emerging technologies
  • Ability to provide effective and timely solutions to internal customers while managing costs and risks.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing work environment and under difficult deadlines
  • Identify and implement improvements to learning solutions (e.g., processes, procedures, materials, techniques, curricula) to enhance learning effectiveness and business impact
  • Execute implementation strategies
  • Develop subject matter experts (SME) on the team in each of the key functional areas of the systems
  • Deliver on-going systems training to ensure compliance with established learning processes/procedure
  • Collaborate with clinic operations leaders and revenue cycle management leaders to close gaps in performance
  • Identify process improvements; create and deliver solutions
  • Maintain systems expertise at all times, in line with any upgrades and enhancements


  • Manage and strong execution of the Firm’s paperless working vision
  • Develop and execute a robust change management plan to enable the transition to paperless working
  • Develop and execute project plans that address scope, risk, schedule based on PMO standards and guidelines to enable the implementation of the paperless vision
  • Work closely with and maintain strong work relationships with concurrent digital projects to ensure seamless coordination of technology and behavioural migration to paperless working
