Junior Logistics Administrator

We are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to join one of Canada's leaders in the contemporary furniture industry! Located on Annacis Island, BC, they have recently expanded and are looking for a new member to join the team! 

With over 50 stores, from BC to Quebec, they are a proud Canadian company that offers cool, contemporary furniture and home decor. They are all about making their customers and employees feel right at home.

 

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for: 

  • Efficient and effective administration of Customer Orders
  • Collaborating and supporting the stores on customer order issues, statuses and shipping logistics
  • Managing and supporting E-Commerce orders and shipping logistic
  • Managing warehouse inventory
  • Supporting stores for SAP 
  • Supporting Customer Care Representatives
  • Working closely with third party warehouse and delivery companies, managing and ensuring product is shipped and delivered accordingly

What would make you a good candidate?

  • Strong Computer skills – Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
  • A passion for numbers and spreadsheets
  • Working knowledge of SAP and EP would be considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
