Customer Service Representative

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established logistics and distribution company headquartered in Richmond, BC.


As a Customer Service Representative for this organization, you will be the liaison between clients and the operations staff as well as provide general support for the sales team. Hours would be Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm ongoing full time basis. 

Some duties include:

  • Updating clients on various details
  • Administration and paperwork
  • Problem solving
  • Building trust with clients
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel Experience (pivot sheets and embedded formulas) 
  • Booking 

What we're looking for:

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good data entry skills and intermediate Excel experience
  • Customer Service experience 

Pay rate: $18 (depending on experience)
