Administrative Assistant, Downtown Vancouver

TPD's client, a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm, is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their growing Document management team. 


This is a full-time, temporary ongoing position


In your role as Administrative Assistant, you will be:

  • Performing detailed work involving the coordination and communication of confidential information
  • Processing expense reports and prepare client billings
  • Upholding electronic and paper filing systems
  • Contributing to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Promoting regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness
  • Performing other office support duties as required

What do you bring to the table?

  • 1-2  years of progressive experience in an Administrative role working in a professional environment
  • Prior administrative experience in a law office would be an asset
  • Some financial skills and a base level of understanding of internal accounting systems
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Comfortable reading and understanding legal documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
