Our client, a large software solutions company is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to assist them on a 5 month contract basis, with the possibility of extension.

Full-time hours (Monday-Friday) with excellent compensation of $20-25 per hour
The Accounts Payable Administrator will work within the clients Remote Automation Solutions business with the Cloud Solutions team located in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate works well with a close-knit group, communicates clearly and is a multitasking expert. They have a passion for administration, acute attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
Input all invoices into Automated systems for our Customer Base
Input of vendor invoices into our ERP system
Respond to vendor & customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
Follow up with Customer base regarding specified invoicing initiatives.
Distribute monthly statements for all customers
Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying
Escalate all Customer invoice disputes to relevant departments within Company
Print and key into the Dynamics system contractor field tickets.
Other general duties as required
What you need:
Strong administrative experience minimum of 3 years.
Completion of some post-secondary school is preferred, accounting courses would be an asset
Strong knowledge of general office procedures and understanding of basic accounting
Strong computer skills – MS Excel
Experience with Dynamics Great Plains would be an asset
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills, with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent communications skills, both written & oral, and excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
