Client Service Advisor

Our client, a leader in construction and finishing materials, has a truly rare opportunity for a Client Service Advisor to join their team.

This position will specialize in custom high-end doors.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Responsible for order taking, order entry and customer service.
  • Provide written and verbal price quotations and conduct the necessary follow up after submission.
  • Work with customers to finalize all details 
  • Collaborate with Production team

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints. 
  • Experience within the door industry is a strong asset.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
  • Ability to be highly organized, detail oriented.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and strengthen overall skill set.
  • Knowledge of finishing materials and industry terminology an asset.
  • Vehicle required.
