Logistics/Service Coordinator

TPD's client, a medical device company located in Burnaby, is currently looking for a Logistics/Service Coordinator  to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, packaging, physical inventory taking, distribution of all surgical kits, inbound and outbound calls, booking surgeries,and high volume coordination.

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-time

Pay rate: $20-23p/hr

Hours: 7.30am - 3.00pm

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Booking surgeries 
  • Communicating with sales representatives
  • Communicating with a variety of departments
  • Receive and unpack all daily shipments
  • Report discrepancies of stock returned immediately to associates
  • Process portfolio billings
  • Book and schedule kits as required for upcoming orders
  • Admin to go along with the processing of kits

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great typing skills
  • Experience in a high volume coordination role
  • Comfortable using the phone
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Very organized
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Medical background is an asset
