TPD's client is an independent firm of Chartered professional Accountants in Downtown Vancouver. They are looking to hiring an experienced Receptionist for a temporary contract.

This is a 3 week temporary position. 


Key responsibilities include:

  • Switchboard and reception duties
  • Greeting guests/clients in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Scheduling appointment, manage parking & boardroom calendars
  • Couriering, daily mail & filing
  • Data entry
  • other adhoc duties as required


What will help you succeed:

  • Reception experience in a corporate environment
  • Good customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Computer savvy
