Mailroom & Printing Clerk, Legal Firm

Our client is a global business process automation leader combining industry-specific and industry-agnostic enterprise software and solutions with decades of experience. They are looking for a full-time Mail Room Clerk to join their operations for their Downtown Vancouver office. 


This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate!


Key responsibilities may include:

  • Mail room clerk, will be moving around some boxes, shipping labels customer service, needs someone with a good attitude    
  • Responsible for internal tracking of every package that comes to the firm, and facilitates the delivery of every package to the end recipient
  • Operate the digital printers/copiers with a focus on maximizing throughput.
  • Quality check print/copy work to completely ensure it is correct and free from quality issues before returning job to end user.
  • Ensure all production specifications have been accurately reflected on job tickets.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality on all materials and data systems in accordance with established protocols.


The ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Prior experience in a legal environment or exposure to legal documents essential
  • Able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Must have ability to multi-task and establish priorities
  • Ability to lift 30-40lbs throughout the shift and be mobile throughout the shift
