Administrative Assistant

Our client a multi-national leader in oil and gas, located in North Burnaby. The are looking for an Administrator to join them as soon as possible in an on-going full-time position

If you have prior experience in an Administrative Assistant role and are available immediately, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

Note: This position is not transit accessible and will require a vehicle

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare KPI and training reports which include charts and graphs
  • Manage HSE document control which includes filing  
  • Working efficiently and effectively with employees and management in fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Provide adhoc support functions as deemed necessary 
  • Other administration tasks as required
