Project Manager

We’re looking for project managers at all levels to support various digital transformation projects on behalf of our clients.

The TPD Business Process Outsourcing team is in search of driven and ambitious Project Managers in various stages of their careers to join our team on a contractual basis. The contractors may work remotely, or, out of TPD’s downtown Vancouver office.

 

We are hiring for all levels of Project Management for this project - Junior, Intermediate, and Senior.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

In addition to overseeing the full life cycle of the project, the Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Devising feasible plans that achieves our goals align with our overall business strategies
  • Demonstrating strong leadership skills by effectively utilizing the team’s individual strengths and delegating work accordingly
  • Setting and adhering to project deadlines and allocating resources as required
  • Coordinating with necessary departments to monitor project performance and ensure that deliverables are falling within the appropriate scope and budget
  • Culling data to generate regular reports for key stakeholders and partners

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in Project Management
  • Prior experience with process improvement and inventory control
  • Familiarity with collaboration software and time management tools
    • ClickUp, Slack, Harvest, Google Suit
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Familiarity with collaboration software and time management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • For Senior PM's
    • A PMP certification for senior level applicants
    • Prior experience with process improvement and inventory control
    • Previous leadership experience
    • Advanced analytical skills
    • Change Management Experience
