Administrative Assistant - Prior knowledge of The TRACK® Platform

Our client a multi-national leader in oil and gas, located in North Burnaby, is looking for a Administrative Assistant that has prior experience using the The TRACK® Platform - Contract Management Software in a full  time, temporary position for 3  - 4 months with possible extension to permanent work. 

If you have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, and are available immediately, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

Note: This position is not transit accessible.

As an Admin Assistant you will be :

  • General Admin tasks: answering phone/emails 
  • Take purchase requests from different departments 
  • Receiving quotes from suppliers 
  • Assisting with incoming or missed deliveries 
  • Updating information to the TRACK® Platform/Contract Management Software 
  • Providing added assistance to managers 

What you need:

  • Prior Administrative experience 
  • Prior Procurement experience or assistance within this department would be considered an asset 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to problem solve  

What we can offer:

  • $18-20p/hr based on experience
  • Weekly pay by direct deposit
  • Full time hours - Monday - Friday 
  • Possible contract extension that could lead to permanent work!
