Customer Success Specialist

Select Responsibilities:

  • Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by assisting customers with a successful and timely implementation
  • Delivering remote installation, configuration, and administration
  • Providing remote trouble-shooting and technical support, as well as timely customer, follow up
  • Providing pre-sales demonstrations and technical support
  • Creating training materials


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Two years of technical support experience, both in-person and remotely
  • Computing technology diploma, university degree, college diploma, a Microsoft MCSA, or other IT designations or equivalent experience
  • Strong personal communications and technical problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated sales skills in promoting supported products
  • Experience installing, configuring, and/or supporting messaging systems (Hosted or On-Premise Exchange, Office 365, G Suite and Gmail, IBM Notes)
  • Experience installing, configuring, and/or supporting one or more of the supported CRMs is a strong asset
  • Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English with secondary language skills an asset
