Admin Assistant / Data Entry Clerk

Our client a multi-national leader in oil and gas, located in North Burnaby, is looking for a Front Office Administrator to join them as soon as possible, in an on-going full-time, temporary position.

 

If you have prior experience as doing Data Entry/ Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, and are available immediately, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

 

**Note: The client's location is not transit accessible.**

 

As an Admin Assistant you will be:

  • Answering the phones 
  • Data entry work
  • Scheduling and logging couriers
  • Greeting visitors
  • Sorting mail
  • Coordinating team lunches with the catering provider,
  • dealing with vendors for office supplies
  • Document Formatting
  • Invoicing 

 

The position offers great hours! Monday-Friday, regular office hours, on-going
