AP/AR Clerk

On behalf of our client, a highly reputable organization in Surrey, is currently seeking an experienced AP/AR professional to join their team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

  • Perform invoice/PO matching and processing
  • Process in excess of 50 invoices daily
  • Enter sales orders and required documents in SAP
  • Ensure no outstanding billings
  • Support the AP team
  • Processing sales invoices timely, accurately and according to the contract 

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

  • High attention to detail 
  • Experience working with SAP (preferred) or PeopleSoft or Great Plains ERP system.
  • High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to process invoices for PO’s with multiple line items 
  • Full understanding of AP and AR process flows
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to multi-task and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
