Area Supervisor, Customer Service

TPD's client, a leading hearing clinic across Canada, is looking for a Customer Care Supervisor to join their team on an ongoing basis. 


Working as part of the Customer Service/Sales Team, the Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that excellence in service consistent with the standards is provided to our clients through providing leadership, training and development of CCR staff within the set ‘Area’.


As the supervisor, some of your duties include: 

  • Ensure that Area/Clinic Business Development Plans are effectively communicated and implemented
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings with local physicians and important referral sources as required to maintain and build relationships
  • Assist as required the District Sales Manager/ National Community Marketing to develop new local area streams of business
  • Attend and support community events in the area
  • Support District Sales Manager on sales process
  • Providing the team with effective supervision and leadership
  • Coordinate Area/Clinic staff holiday and sickness coverage
  • Travelling to the individual clinics (Chilliwack, Coquitlam North, Coquitlam South, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, New Westminster and Terrace)


What makes you a successful Supervisor? 

  • 1-2 years experience leading a team in a similar role
  • Background with volunteering with seniors an asset
  • Customer service mindset
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Able to multitask and adapt to change
  • Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Willing to travel & access to Vehicle - travel required to individual clinics
