Data Logistics Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Logistics Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of private label packaged foods and beverages.

Our client is taking on a large project at this time that would consist of taking large amounts of data, complying all information and creating a system for a more stream lined process. If you are up for the challenge, you should apply today! 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Working with shipping leads to ensure all product documentation is correct
• Prepare customs documentation & commercial invoices
• Building manifests for USA shipment
• Data retrieval from customers, products, shipping & invoices using SAP & Oracle 
• Complying data and creating Excel tracking spreadsheets 
• Working with 3PL services
• Following FIFO

What you need:

• Advanced Excel 
• Experience with SAP and Oracle
• Experience shipping to the USA
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Must have excellent initiative, be a self-starter with a keen attention to details
• Must have the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

What We Can Offer You:

• Full time hours - Monday - Friday (Standard Working Hours) - temp to hire opportunity 
• $20-23/hr - may be negotiable depending on experience
