Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

TPD are currently hiring Reception & Administrative staff to assist our clients on temporary & contract assignments throughout the lower mainland!

As a Reception/Admin Assistant and part of the TPD team, you will be required to:

  • Participate in respectful workplace conduct
  • Follow instructions
  • Have working knowledge in Microsoft word/excel/outlook
  • Prior experience in a Reception or Administration position
  • Great phone manners
  • Operate a switchboard
  • Book meetings and board rooms using Outlook
  • other adhoc admin duties
