Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter,  whose purpose is to deliver strategic talent solutions to our clients across North America. In conjunction with our Talent Acquisition Manager, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will help source, screen and interview candidates for open positions with our clients!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and deliver a talent strategy and process tailored to each client's specific needs.  Understand their business, culture, values, and mission to create an engaging candidate experience and deliver world-class talent that promotes our client's strategic business goals.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Writing effective job descriptions 
  • Sourcing and vetting talent
  • Interviewing prospective candidates
  • Administering the hiring process.  
  • Deliver a positive experience to all candidates and other stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Recruitment and selection of knowledge  
  • Effective decision maker with sound judgment
  • Strong organizational and time management ability, works well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communicator, strong listening skills with a genuine desire to help others
  • Effectively builds relationships and maintains a network
  • Participates actively in group activities, fostering a team environment
  • Tenacious, resourceful and creative problem solver

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of Recruiting experience 
  • Background in agency and in-house recruitment preferred
  • Post-secondary education, with a strong preference for Human Resource Management or Business education
  • Experience and knowledge of basic HR functions
  •  Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and industry trends
