TPD is currently looking for experienced Recruiters to assist with a temporary contract currently available!

Our client is one of the largest construction and development companies in North America and they are currently looking to bring on a Recruiter to assist with hiring going into their busy season. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this position would be hiring for their operational roles, such as Estimators, Site Managers Labourers, etc.

Pay Rate: $65k - $75k Salary

Length of assignment: 2 months (strong possibility of extension)

Location: Vancouver or Edmonton

Start Date: ASAP

Duties and responsibilities of Recruiter:

  • Build relationships and collaborate with business leaders to develop custom recruitment plans
  • Provide full cycle recruitment support (including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.)
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to source candidates, post jobs, and manage candidate workflow
  • Create and modifiy prescreening and interview guides based on identified competencies
  • Collaborate with the other HR team members on project and workforce planning

 

Requirements of the successful Recruiter:

  • 5-7+ years experience in recruiting and delivering quality results
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience
  • Full cycle recruiting experience
  • Able to build strong relationships with business leaders
  • Handle internal and external job postings, social media channels, database mining, cold calling, networking and traditional advertising
