Receptionist / Administrator

Our client, an industry leader in lighting design, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join their dynamic team in Burnaby. 

This position is open as the last person was promoted.

In this role as Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answer incoming calls 
  • Maintain and update a log of the availability of staff
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff
  • Enter new purchase orders and submit them to the manufacturer
  • Order and maintain relevant office supplies

To be successful you will need:

  • Skills in MS Word, Excel and Typing
