Our client, a Vancouver-based Logistics firm, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Located in Delta, this position would is responsible for all aspects of customer service including order entry, billing, export documentation, and customer return processing. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to provide prompt, courteous and effective response to client requests and inquiries.
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
