Customer Service Associate

Our client, an amazing not-for-profit organization, is looking for professional customer service associates to assist with a large event taking place in Victoria, BC. In this position, you would be providing registration support for any guests at the event.

Dates:

  • May 28, 2017
  • May 29, 2017

Pay: $13/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Providing name badges and conference materials to attendees.
  • Typing and printing name badges.
  • Providing cashier services to complete on-site registrations and payments.
  • Directing attendees to activities and locations.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and personable manner
  • Business casual attire
