Responsibilities of the role include:
Administers total reward programs, disability management, performance management, recruitment, selection and retention, training and development, and health & safety
Collects, analyzes, maintains and makes recommendations around Divisional HR statistics and metrics related to recruitment, workforce planning, safety, discipline, alcohol & drug program and absenteeism
Partners with corporate HR to implement programs and policies
Supports the implementation of company-wide initiatives
