Branch Administrator

Our client, a highly established manufacturer of vertical transportation machines has an opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join their team. As a Branch Administrator, you will support office and field staff with administrative tasks. 

As a Branch Administrator, your responsibilities are:

  • Create and mail billable invoices
  • Update customer information/changes as needed
  • Update contact list and locations
  • Support with special projects as required
  • Back up for payroll admin
  • Create purchase order, as backup

To be successful, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
