Sales Support Administrator

Our client, a highly established market leader in the fire safety and security industry, has a rare opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. 

This position consists of 65% customer service and 35% administration.

This role will lead to growth into Account Manager or Business Development positions. If you are energetic, have a positive attitude, and eager to advance your career, we want to hear from you!

As the Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Process system orders secured by salespeople
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Screen incoming sales requests for technical details
  • Follow up on all deliveries on equipment
  • Provide project/status updates to clients

To be successful you will need:

  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn
