Business Development Coordinator

Our client, a diversified infrastructure network and facilities maintenance group with a strong corporate culture and many Fortune 500 clients, currently has an opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to join their growing team.

Within this fast paced and exciting role, your responsibilities as a Business Development Coordinator will include:

  • Assisting the Account Managers with various client oriented tasks
  • Preparing RFP & RFQ's for P3 and FM projects
  • Conduct market research initiatives 
  • Liaise with the technical team to assess project requirements 
  • Prepare and coordinate pricing for FM services 
  • Manage, review & update bid submissions
  • Manage and administer data into company CRM system
  • Administer social media presence 

Requirements for the role include: 

  • 2+ years of experience in bid writing and coordination 
  • Ability to analyse data in a logical manner
  • Personable with strong communication skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project
