Recruitment and Placement Manager

Recruitment and People:

  • Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan.
  • Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job
  • design, and manpower forecasting throughout the company.
  • Oversees recruitment for assigned areas
  • Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels in collaboration with Operations leads to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Directs a process of organizational development that primarily
  • addresses succession planning throughout the company.


  • Manages spare pool employees and works with Schedulers to identify
  • permanent packages with a focus on FTE packages.
  • Responsible to meet performance targets related to staffing volumes,
  • financial thresholds and targets as well as maintaining NBOT within
  • targets.
  • Use industry best practices and evidence to plan and execute staffing
  • strategies that ensure continuity of service to clients.
  • Attends the weekly operations meetings to table and discuss issues effecting the operational requirements in Recruitment 



  • 2-5 years in Recruitment Management position.  Proven track record in progressive responsibility very important
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources and/or recruiting certification/designation
  • Security industry experience highly desired
  • Advanced use of ATS, ERP, and other online platforms
  • Strong attitude and aptitude, focused on leadership and organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high volume environment
  • Ability to keep calm and deliver under pressure
