BC Pavilion Corporation (PavCo), owner and operator of BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Convention Centre, is currently searching for a Senior Manager of Talent, Learning and Leadership to join our team. This important new role will report to the Vice President, People, and acts as a key part of the HR leadership team responsible for people strategy and programs at PavCo.
As the Sr. Manager, Talent, Learning and Leadership you will lead the development and implementation of an integrated set of talent, learning and organizational development strategies and programs that foster the desired organizational culture and leadership capabilities essential to the achievement of PavCo’s business objectives.
PavCo is a Crown corporation of the Province of British Columbia, with a mandate to generate significant economic and community benefit for the people of British Columbia. Over the next 5 years, PavCo is forecast to generate more than $2 billion in economic impact within the province of British Columbia.
