Office & Communications Administrator

Our client, a dynamic and growing Vancouver based Consulting firm with clients across North & South America, has a unique opportunity for an Office / Communications Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming correspondence including client calls, inquiries, documents, invoices
  • Preparing financial reports, expense claims and invoices (training provided)
  • Supporting projects – meeting minutes, project coordination, preparing reports
  • Coordinating logistics for project teams including meetings, travel, event planning
  • Coordinate and/or prepare firm’s social media and communications (e.g. blogs, white papers)
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of employees


What will help you succeed:

  • Previous experience in office administration considered an asset
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail oriented and ability to thrive with multi-tasking
  • Trustworthy, reliable and able to apply sound judgement
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and preparing letters, reports and presentations
  • Demonstrated client/customer service
