The Recruiting Coordinator's primary purpose is to identify, attract, and land high quality talent on behalf of TPD's clients. This role will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for entry level roles, and will support the Recruiter and Recruiting Manager in the sourcing, vetting, and organization of the hiring process for intermediate and senior level roles. Further, the coordinator supports the Recruiting Manager in implementing our clients Talent Acquisition strategy while ensuring that TPD's service delivery meets the agreed upon service standards.
