Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator's primary purpose is to identify, attract, and land high quality talent on behalf of TPD's clients. This role will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for entry level roles, and will support the Recruiter and Recruiting Manager in the sourcing, vetting, and organization of the hiring process for intermediate and senior level roles. Further, the coordinator supports the Recruiting Manager in implementing our clients Talent Acquisition strategy while ensuring that TPD's service delivery meets the agreed upon service standards.

  • Manage our clients full cycle recruitment process for entry level roles, including role discovery, marketing, sourcing, interviewing, evaluating and the offer process. 
  • Assist in sourcing and vetting talent, and administering the hiring process for intermediate and senior level roles. 
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs, when representation is in the best interest of our clients
  • Deliver a positive experience to all candidates and other stakeholders
  • Use TPD's timekeeping and invoicing processes to document time
  • Promote at all times TPD's additional services, including HR Services, Payroll, Recruiting, Staffing, and Technology

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Post secondary education, with a strong preference for Human Resource Management or Business education
  • Experience and knowledge of basic HR functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite
  • Social Media Knowledge
