Data Entry / Administration Assistant (Manufacturing)

TPD's client, a full-service hardware company, is currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team.

This is a full-time, temporary to hire position.

In this role, you will work closely with the internal staff to gather the required information from architectural drawings in order to create a quotation for the customer. This is a entry level role with opportunities for advancement for the right candidate. 

Hands-on training will be provided.

In the position you will,

  • Review architectural drawings to gather information required for quoting
  • Enter quotes for projects, utilizing the following software Word, Adobe, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Avaware
  • Create and download files from contractors web sites and save to Dropbox folders
  • Set up new clients and contracts on in-house system
  • Enter data on Microsoft SharePoint site
  • Enter and maintain data using industry related industry specific software (Similar to excel – training to be provided)
