Filing Clerk (HR)

TPD's client, a well reputed organization located in Downtown Vancouver, is looking for a Filing Clerk to help their HR team with a filing project.

This is a full-time, temporary position starting on March 26th. The estimated duration is a month, but it could be extended depending on the client's needs.

Tasks involved:

  • Filing - physical archiving & electronic - paperwork into appropriate folders
  • Employee files and confidential information to be filed as per instructions provided
  • Create new files, add / delete information, move files, switch file status (active/inactive) as instructed
  • Basic administrative duties as required

The most suitable candidate for this role would be someone with prior administrative experience, who has strong attention to detail and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. An interest in HR would be an asset, as you will be working on HR/employee files.
