Account Manager

Galt Foundation's Account Managers acquire and develop client relationships and business. We accomplish our mission through professional staffing service contracts, primarily with public agencies. Our objective is to work toward a diverse and inclusive employment community that leads to self-sufficiency and decreases reliance on tax supported programs and services.

We provide employment services to literally thousands of individuals with disabilities, and have been "Raising the Bar on Employment Diversity" since 1999.   • Call and meet with current and prospective clients to develop relationships and meet client needs
  • Developing/presenting solutions that help clients meet their goals and overcome their challenges
  • Manage and increase sales in respective accounts and territories
  • Following up on leads to discuss their current business and HR needs and uncover opportunities where we can support them with our services
  • Arranging daily meetings and calls to complete fact find, service outline, etc.
  • Help clients clearly define their decision making process, timelines and budget in order to make a purchasing decision
  • Presents terms of service, pricing, and discuss payment terms
  • Close deals and hand off order to Staffing for fulfillment
  • Address service issues with client and consult with Regional Sales Manager as needed



  • Great customer service/communication skills-High level quality sales presentations
  • Ability to travel in state as required (minimal)
  • Self starter that enjoys working with people face to face
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques: building rapport, need/value selling, negotiating, closing a sales
  • Ability to prioritize independently
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience, training, education preferred
  • Possess a valid drivers license



  • Base Salary ($42,000) + Monthly Performance Bonus
