Job Summary

As Office Manager, you will apply your mastery of MS office and desktop publishing, and foster robust communication with suppliers, sales reps, the internal team and customers. You are very organized, friendly and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties

This is a key support role in the company and your positive attitude and systems-savvy nature will contribute to the achievement of corporate initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of the wine industry & alcohol industry
  • Computer confident (MS Office, desktop publishing)
  • Solid working knowledge of social media  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, helpful attitude
  • WSET and/or Serving it Right certification, considered an asset
