HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to work on a large scale project and ongoing HR delivery with a client of ours in the service sector.

The role will involve managing a recruiting team to deliver on an aggressive recruitment campaign and ramp up of staff, delivery of an HR infrastructure for the client’s ramp up, then ongoing HR support. This will involve in depth understanding of both HR Best Practices as well as solid Project Management experience.

What you will be doing

  • Provide HR consulting to TPD client(s)
  • Partner with the TPD team to deliver business outcomes by applying leading solutions  for any of the following areas:
    • Compliance Management
    • Employee Relations
    • Employer Branding
    • Organizational Culture
    • Change Management
    • Employee Engagement
    • Recruitment Strategy
    • Performance Management
    • Training and Development
    • Leadership Coaching
    • Career Pathing
    • Succession Planning
    • Workforce Planning
    • Health and Safety

What you bring to the table

  • Project Management experience a MUST
  • Understanding and mastery of many of the above concepts and areas of HR
  • Minimum five years progressive experience in a HR Role
