The service Advisor works closely with the Operations Manager and Service Administrator in maintaining a smooth running, efficient service department, with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
This position is responsible for receiving customers' motorcycles, scheduling work, assigning jobs to service technicians and communicating job status to customers in a timely fashion.
