Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate Recruiter

TPD's client, a well known telecommunications company based in Surrey, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team! This is an 18 month maternity leave position. 


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely and effectively with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to ensure positive candidate experiences and successful talent acquisition processes.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be: 

  • Managing the full cycle recruiting process across multiple geographies, while maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Source, screen and qualify candidates from all candidate sources
  • Conducting face-to-face/phone/online interviews using behavioural-based interview questions and other proven techniques
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and update recruitment activity reports for Talent Acquisition team and management


What you bring to the table: 

  • 3+ years experience in a full-cycle recruitment position
  • Previous experience in a high volume recruitment environment an asset; 
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented & analytical
  • Results focused
  • A valid driver's license, for travel to hiring events (not frequent)
