TPD is an industry leader in connecting employers and employees! We are currently looking for experienced Full-Time Bilingual Order Administrator (French/English) to join our New Customer Order and Support Team at our Warehouse & Distribution Center in Mississauga, BC.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective administration of Customer Orders
  • Collaborating and supporting the stores on customer order issues, statuses and shipping logistics
  • Managing and supporting E-Commerce orders and shipping logistics
  • Working closely with third party warehouse and delivery companies, managing and ensuring product is shipped and delivered accordingly
  • Manage the Warehouse inventory
  • SAP support for stores
  • Support for our Customer Care Representatives

What You Bring

  • Fluency in French both written and verbal
  • Highly accurate, and attention to detail
  • Passion for organization and a proven ability to multi-task
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot orders for accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Passion for providing exceptional Customer Service and ability to stay calm, cool and collected
  • Superior time management skills
  • Ability to support Customers and Stores with timely resolution, information and advice
  • Previous experience in customer orders, delivery and support roles
  • Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong Computer skills – Intermediate/Advance knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
  • A passion for numbers and spreadsheets
  • Technically savvy, working knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
