Warranty and Service Support Specialist - Langley

We are growing and are looking for a self-starter to join our team!

As a member of the Service Support Team, you will play a tactical role in streamlining processes, handling client technical inquiries, and continuing to elevate the Montigo customer experience.



  • Provide technical and warranty support for all Montigo products and training activities
  • Actively work through field and installation issues as they arise
  • Take ownership of customer relations, manage complaints through to resolution, and escalate when necessary
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Track customer inquiries and warranty claims
  • Promptly respond to our customers while upholding Montigo's reputation as a top customer service oriented brand
  • Implement a training video series outlining basic troubleshooting and informative content on social media channels
  • Support the team by completing any ad hoc special projects (e.g. tech videos, online portal, warranty claim processes)
  • Participate in site visits (US & Canada ~10% travel)


Required Certifications and Experience

  • Technical Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in HVAC, gas and combustion products, or other related areas
  • Well organized, self-starter, focused on achieving results with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and video creation platforms
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in the Fireplace Industry an asset
  • Experience in service-related tutorial creation (videos, tech articles or presentations) an asset
  • Experience with recall and service campaign rollout an asset
  • Valid Passport and Driver's License and able to travel to the US and Canada, often on short notice
